Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Ascending Crowns. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to complete any return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: gift cards, final sale items, clearance items, customized or personalized products, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at returns@ascendingcrowns.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use not caused by our error. Partial refunds may also apply to returns received outside the stated return window but accepted as an exception.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact returns@ascendingcrowns.com with your order details and supporting evidence such as photos. Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may follow the standard return process once the item has been delivered.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. You may also contact your bank for further information. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@ascendingcrowns.com.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for items lost during return transit. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
